Tickets are available online through Ticketmaster via our Events page. If a show is not sold out, tickets can also be purchased in person at the onsite box office on the day of the performance.

Yes. Box office representatives are onsite for every performance. The onsite box office opens one hour prior to performance time, and if tickets are still available they can be purchased there. For questions in advance, email contact@mvconcertseries.com. More detail is on our Box Office page.

All 2026 shows begin at 7:30 PM. Doors open one hour before show time, at 6:30 PM — which is also when the onsite box office opens.

All ticket sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges, and tickets are non-refundable due to weather (see “Are you sitting on the lawn?” in the Seating Policies section below). The one exception: ticket holders who wish to upgrade to membership seats may exchange their tickets — email contact@mvconcertseries.com to learn how to upgrade.
